This song would be good for a small boss, not one of those major bosses you see in most games. This would work for say a... semi-boss. Then later you can have much more of a heavy song for a big boss. This is funkay and deserves critical acclaim... sorta.

Lol sorta? Hah...thanks for the review

    Damn, this is awesomized!

I think this is pretty damn impressive, since Playing with Danger is an odd song and you really have to get used to the feel of the song before you can really play it. Good work, make the longer version!

    stickgod1 responds:

I was going to tackle that though since I've made three versions of Playing with Danger, I couldn't continue because of the style of each one. Though I might continue with this style instead.

    I left a 5...

Although it's not the greatest VG song i have ever heard it is impressive, your work is good, make a heavier beat next time that would be wicked.

    Michael425 responds:

    Thanks for the review man.

    I'm Impressed

I never thought that someone could get this song track so well, whoever voted you down was a dumbass for doing so. This track is so classic yet so modern, keeps to the old Sonic feel yet keeps the now in style. Good work 10/10 and 5/5!

    Evan-Kaminari responds:

Can you imagine it being one of the Brawl soundtracks?

Nah, I didn't think so either. XD

    Thanks for voting and reviewing!

Started to put me to sleep.

But in these times, thats exactly what I need, the stress of school, a new president and home issues. This works perfectly. The song is a little too quiet though. Piano might have fit in here though, add a small piano background and this would work.

    Mabeph responds:

thanks for the constructive criticism, its hard to come across that these days.
i definitely learned a lot about mixing during this song, but it did come out a little quiet. as for the piano, i intentionally left one out for personal goals, but you're right that it would fit in. you gave me some stuff to think about, thanks.

    Wow, Impressive

Invincible says it all, you've out done yourself again Michael. Keep up the hard work!

    Michael425 responds:

haha, i'm glad the title worked.

    thanks for the review man.

It's the greatest I've heard with a sax and piano

This JAZZ (You asked for a genre) song is great, the greatest I've heard with a sax and piano. I loved it 5/5 10/10

    FairSquare responds:

    Thanks!
You should really check version 2 out, because it's even better than this.

I wonder, where has music like this gone?

Just beautiful, great to play in a situation of sadness to lift the mood or could make a good love song... never know. Great work guys!

    FairSquare responds:

There's just one thing i can say to that: Thanks!

    The music is amazing!

The Speed Racer samples really fit in with the music, if you add a climax like some others said and possibly more Speed samples then this song would be perfect... this is a great song and excellent work.

    Michael425 responds:

Thanks man. I am definitely going to work on giving this one a sick climax.

    thanks for the review.
